At One Good Friend Custom Designs we like to have fun, but we also take all our orders seriously. This is why we try to get all our orders completed within a timely manner. However, please keep in mind that there is only two of us and some items may take longer than others.

Payment is required before we can begin constructing your order. When you contact us we can discuss payment methods.

We do understand that situations can happen out of the blue, and you may need to cancel your order. If this happens we do require 72 hours notice for you to receive a full refund.
